ABOUT OUR HOME:

Our gorgeous villa is located in the tropical paradise of Mae Nam on the island of Koh Samui, Thailand. Located in a gated community with around 20 other luxury homes, this beautiful and peaceful site is the perfect location for a truly incredible break. 

With four children of our own, our lovely home is equipped for every age group – and with air conditioning, cable TV and good Wifi, plus plenty of space for the whole family – we’re confident that you’ll find everything you need for the most relaxing retreat. 

‘Baan Flora’ is our much-loved holiday home, and it has been shared and enjoyed by many Love Home Swappers. With a cleaner and on-site management team, plus an incredible location that has easy access to multiple sights and experiences, we look forward to helping you plan an amazing break.

Bedrooms:
There are three large, stylish bedrooms, each with plenty of storage space. Two of these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and adjoining balcony. We also have a fourth bedroom which currently doubles up as our study. This can be set up with cots for two babies (we can provide you with these cots, as our twins have now outgrown them!)

Outside:
With a deep private swimming pool, a sheltered seating and dining area by the pool (with a fan over the table) and pretty gardens – all surrounded by a coconut plantation – our home is perfectly suited to the tropical heat! 

Location:
Our spacious villa is situated 2km inland and is set in stunning landscaped gardens. Just a five-minute drive from the idyllic beach in Mae Nam, the area is peaceful and safe. Locally, there are lots of great restaurants both on the beach and lining the streets of the sleepy village, while the beach itself is a little slice of heaven. With beautiful sand and calm waters, it’s simply stunning. Car hire is essential if you want to explore the island – we can advise you on where to hire a car – and there is a huge amount to do locally. You’ll find some of our highlights below, and we’d be delighted to talk you through the many options.

It is our vacation home on Koh Samui Island in Thailand, 1 hour flight from Bangkok Thailand. The villa has a private 11meter pool and 3 bedrooms. It is 5 minutes drive to downtown to everything, from the beach to cool bars and restaurants, super makerts, coffee shop and convenient stores.
Koh Samui is Thailand’s second largest island, lies in the Gulf of Thailand, It's known for its palm-fringed beaches, coconut groves and dense, mountainous rainforest.

This villa was designed by a renowned architect  and comes with maid, gardening and pool cleaning service. It is a is a unique, brand-new modern 4 bedroom luxury private villa directly on Bophut Beach and close to Fisherman's Village. A short walk along the beach from numerous beach bars and restaurants. Literally a cool location as there is always a nice breeze all day long. 20 meter of large glass doors of the living area  opening to the beach terrace and the garden can be retracted to let in the cooling sea breeze.

The villa  is situated on the east side of Bophut Beach, which is still partly untouched, lined only by a few private villas. Guests will literally have the beach all to themselves for most of the day. There are over 40 restaurants a short walk along the beach in Fisherman's Village  and activities such as diving, sailing and fishing are available in the area. Santiburi and Royal Samui golf clubs are both about 9 km away.

Finished in late 2013, our custom-built home was designed to provide luxury in paradise for our family and friends: contemporary design with chill-out living areas, big open plan kitchen and all possible amenities; huge infinity edge pool; stunning views from all decks, balconies, living areas, gardens and bedrooms (6 en-suite doubles); AV room; games/pool room; 2 bars; tennis; gated estate with beaches, airport, shops and restaurants all close by; 2/3 full-time staff (who we hope you would tip kindly for good service!!)
