We purchased this one bedroom flat and renovated and furnished it in April 2019.  The bedroom has a bed  (140cm x 200cm), bedside tables, and plenty of closet space.  The open kitchen / living area is very comfortable.  The Ikea couch pulls out to sleep two more guests and the dining table can extend to seat six people.   There is also a table and 4 chairs for the terrace.  The terrace looks onto the pool.  Both the doors in the bedroom and the doors in the living area open onto the terrace.  Our flat has black out curtains (to block the morning sunlight), air conditioning/heating, and free WIFI.

We are located in Emberli Aparthotel which has a pool, pool bar, chidren's playground, on site parking, and a 24 hour reception.

Our Black Sea Beach House is located in the village of Lozenetz 45 minutes south of Burgas. Our house was built in 2010 and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay at the Black Sea. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with private bathrooms with walk in showers. One of the bedrooms is intended for kids, but comfortable for adults as well, and sleeps 5. There is another bedroom on the ground floor, but the bathroom on that floor with walk in shower is detached. We have a lovely kitchen with island which is well equipped because we love to cook!  The living room and kitchen are an open area. The terrace near the pool has two large dining tables and a BBQ. We have a driveway and plenty of parking space as well as a 3 phase charger for electric vehicles.
