We love living in our roof top paradise surrounded by Wellington City .... surrounding views of the Cityscape, Oriental bay, Waitangi Park, Wellington Harbour and Marina is only some of what you will see from our home. Our home is warm and sunny with all mod cons and decorated with modern/retro furnishings.

The lift door will open our into our private foyer, turn right and you will find yourself on our very large North facing deck. Breathtaking views of the Wellington Harbour, Marina, Oriental bay and the Cityscape. 
Turn left and you will enter our family home which comprises of 3 bedrooms, open plan living, dinning and kitchen additional lounge and compact laundry area.   
Kitchen, living and dinning has views of the harbour, cityscape, Orential bay and Waitangi park. Large balcony with seating and BBQ. Well equipped kitchen with views of the  iconic boat sheds and Marina, St Gerard's Church/ Monastery, Oriental bay and harbour. Comfortable seating and dining for 8. 
Main bathroom with WC and large shower services x2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed and looks out to the Marina and Cityscape
Bedroom 2 has a Double size bed and shares a balcony with the Master suite, views of the harbour and Oriental bay.
Master Suite has a Queen bed, floor to ceiling windows with large doors opening our to a balcony. Watch the sunrise from the comfort of your bed or morning coffee on the balcony. Ensuite has a large shower/ WC and a bath. A large picture window allows you to see all from the bath .. maybe with a glass of bubbles.
Next door to the Master suite is another living space with sofabed . Floor to celling windows with large sliding doors which allow for a fabulous indoor/ outdoor flow to the large facing North deck has lounge seating and dinning for 10.  Expansive views of the harbour, Marina and city scape.

Luxury Penthouse Apartment on the Waterfront

Our home is a large family property, 4 bedrooms (3 inside plus a recently renovated sleepout) and 2 bathrooms, close to town. We have beautiful sun and lots of outdoor space (fully fenced), including comfy seating, BBQ and spa pool.

Easy bus to the city centre is at the end of our block, and grocery stores, cafes and bars in Karori are a very easy walk. Toys and items for kids available and park with playground down the street. We have a sandpit and playhouse, but also a cook's kitchen, 4 heat pumps, fireplace and Netflix for adults. 

Wellington City Sunny 4 Bedroom Villa

Our home is comfortable, spacious and sunny. Downstairs has an open plan kitchen with casual dining. The formal dining room and family room look out onto a private back garden with mature trees which are ideal for shade. The BBQ area is adjacent to the private club tennis courts. The lounge looks onto the front garden and has beautiful views of the hills which are covered with native forest. There are 4 bedrooms, two with queen sized beds, two single beds are in the downstairs bedroom and the fourth bedroom / sunroom has a sofa that converts to either a kingsize bed or two single beds.
