Our stunning two bedroomed apartment is right on the Caribbean in gorgeous Placencia in Belize. You are literally just a few steps from the ocean. There is a large infinity pool right on the beach front, with a swim up bar. The first floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private ocean front balcony. 
The newly-built apartment is situated on an exclusive 4 star resort. The resort has poolside and lagoon side  restaurants, or you can cater for yourself in the apartment (kitchen will be fully equipped on request). There is a lagoon side spa for treatments., and paddle boards and kayaks to use on the beach side. There are also other high quality restaurants nearby and in the vibrant village of Placencia. On vacating the apartment, there will be a one time US $75 cleaning charge for swaps done on points.
We are a UK based couple with three grown up children, and like to visit Belize as often as we can! 
Belize has many wonderful activities, from scuba and snorkelling on the pristine barrier reef, to visiting ancient Mayan ruins. 
The Belizean people are warm, friendly and always keen to help you enjoy your holiday in this wonderful country.

Our home away from home is located on the laid back island of Ambergris Caye Belize - the island Madonna sings longingly about in her song La Isla Bonita. It is the ultimate getaway. Coco Beach Resort is voted one of the best resorts on the island every year. The island is a diver's and snorkeller's paradise with the second largest barrier reef in the world right off shore. The cascading pool and swim-up bar are unparalleled and our two-bedroom condo with a huge balcony and an ocean view has everything you could want. 

Enjoy swimming in the beautiful turquoise waters surrounding the island. Use the resorts kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles to explore the island or just sit and do nothing by either of the resorts two pools. It's a quick ride to the town of San Pedro with its many great restaurants and bars. The preferred modes of transport on the island are boat and golf carts. 

The Belizean people are some of the friendliest in the world. They will welcome you to the paradise they call home. Housekeeping service is included with your stay!

The Hummingbird house is a large, fully furnished, 3 bedroom-2.5 bathroom house. Its elegant and modern design features various Belizean hardwoods and a spacious floor plan. The entrance leads to a bright foyer, bathroom and large covered patio, perfect napping in the shade. A curved staircase takes you to the upstairs living area where you are met with high ceilings expansive ocean views. The ocean facing interior walls are constructed of tall sliding glass panels and can be open to extend the living area outside and allow a cooling breeze. The balcony wraps around the house, providing breathtaking views over the lush coconut trees. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining room and living room are furnished with local, artisan-built wood doors, windows, cabinetry and furniture. South facing you'll find two bedrooms, one if which has French doors that open to the balcony. North facing is the master suite, which has an upscale bathroom and outdoor shower. This bedroom also has balcony access. The private dock overlooks the ocean and harbor while offering exceptional privacy. Our onsite caretaker will be happy to ferry you to and from Placencia Village. He can also direct you to a variety of restaurants, bars, boutiques and outdoor activities to enjoy.
