Notre appartement est d'une surface de 175 m². C'est un endroit idéal pour visiter Paris et à la fois se relaxer. L'appartement bénéficie d'un jardin de 500m², avec terrasse, plancha et table de ping-pong. Idéal pour se reposer après une journée de visite! 

L'appartement a été totalement refait en 2017. Nous y sommes très attachés. Nous demandons une caution de garantie de 1,000 euros que nous vous rendrons à la fin de votre séjour.  En cas d'échange de points, nous demandons la participation aux frais de ménage de 100 EUR. 

En terme de localisation, nous sommes à une seule station de métro de Paris - Porte Maillot (2min de métro). Nous sommes sur la ligne centrale (ligne 1) qui est directe pour aller à l'Etoile (Arc de Tromphe), Champs Elysées, Louvre, Tuilleries, Les Halles et Bastille. Par exemple, cela prend 15 minutes "porte à porte" pour se rendre sur les Champs Elysées. 



Our 175m² apartment is perfect for visiting Paris and relaxing at the end of the day. We are 15 minutes from the center of Paris. The apartment benefits from a garden of 500m ², with terrace accessible from the living room, a plancha and table tennis table. Ideal to rest after a day of visit!

The apartment was totally redone in 2017. 

In terms of location, we are only 1 stop from Paris Porte Maillot (2 min by tube). We are on the central metro line (line 1) which is direct to go to Etoile (Arc de Tromphe), Champs Elysees, Louvre, Tuilleries, Les Halles and Bastille. For example, it takes 15 minutes "door to door" to get to the Champs Elysees. 

A deposit of 1,000 euros is required. We will give it back at the end of your stay. In case of points swap, we ask for a cleaning fee of 100 EUR. 

The house is only available during the children vacation and summer time (16 July - 18 August).

Our home is a large and modern apartment totally refurbished late 2019 by Karine who's an interior designer. 

We are minutes away from Paris in a posh and very quiet neighbourhood on the western border of Paris: Neuilly-sur-Seine.
It is one of the greatest place to visit Paris and to fully enjoy all its wonders for 2 reasons: it is conveniently close and exceptionally quiet to relax !


Our apartment is 140 m² (approx. 1500 SQF) with a double living-room, a kitchen, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, 1 third room and 1 walk-in closet.
Master room : Twin beds combined into  1 queen size / 2nd room: 1 single
The 3rd room can be either a Home Office or be be switched into a 3rd room with a single bed. It has lots of natural light and sits on 2 double tree lined streets (exceptionally rare).

Our apartment is A/C equipped: living room and all the 3 rooms (which is still very rare in France).

It is a 6 story gated building with a planted courtyard. We are on the penultimate floor.
Car and Garage usage: to be discussed and arranged

Within 10 minutes walk: 2 subway lines (1 & 3)
At the foot of our building : 2 bus lines (82 & 93) and a taxi station

The apartment is also equipped with:
- High speed Internet & Wi-Fi
- 4K TV and Projector with Netflix and Prime Video
- Japanese toilets (very very rare in France)

Neuilly (Paris) - Spacious 3BR Apartment 

Notre appartement est au 2ème étage d'un immeuble de 5 étages avec ascenseur. Une grande pièce salon-salle à manger avec cuisine ouverte, 3 chambres (2 avec vue sur jardin intérieur et 1 sur le balcon et la rue), 2 salles de bain, 2 toilettes, un cagibi avec lave-ling séchant et un cagibi de rangement. L'appartement est très lumineux avec un balcon donnant sur la rue, avec des stores vénitiens pour protéger du soleil. Même par grande chaleur, l'appartement reste frais. Une loge avec gardienne, ouverture des portes de l'immeuble et appel de l'ascenseur avec un digicode (interphone video dans l'appartement).
Grandes baies vitrées, au sol du parquet en chêne. Une partie de l'appartement donne sur un jardin intérieur, l'autre sur un balcon qui donne sur la rue.
Le quartier est calme, avec petits commerces environnants. Le métro et le RER sont à 8 minutes à pied ainsi qu'une immense centre commercial.
