Luxury 5 bedroom villa in vilamoura algarve

A beautiful, modern, luxury villa on the very exclusive Vale do Lobo golf course. Our home is in the middle of the 10th fairway of the world famous Ocean golf course. 5 minute walk to beach and village centre. Casa Andorinha is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, villa in its own grounds of established gardens with private heated swimming pool and spa.

Although listed as a holiday home this is our private home and set up for Ginny and me to live in when not in London. Containing all of our personal effects such as art, culinary and music.

In warm weather it becomes an ‘inside out home’ with swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and open air spa. We spend 90% of our time in this part of the home. Children love the freedom of their own swimming pool and you will struggle to get them away from the villa.

completley renovated in 2008......Home from home.....Marina of Vilmoura is 15 min stroll and beach is same. Nice quiet area beside the Tennis acamedy. Large 2 bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 6.

Vilamoura  2 Bed Apartment

Completed in 2007, our home is finished to the highest standards, it is located in it's own gated condominium within the 5 star Vilasol Golf Resort, overlooking the 17th fairway. The spacious layout can easily accommodate 8 people affording high levels of privacy. Our house is within a 5 minute drive of all major golf courses, restaurants, bars and beaches which are probably among the best in the world. As well as the garden patio we have private terraces off all the bedrooms and a private roof terrace with views over the golf course to the sea. There is large gas BBQ on garden patio and a small beach BBQ for those sunset evenings on the beach, we also have beach chairs and ample sun chairs. 
Lower ground floor contains garage with power door, laundry room, mini library and large double bedroom with bathroom.
Ground floor is main open plan living area with open aspect to kitchen, also twin bedroom and bathroom.
First floor has master bedroom suite with double shower and separate bath tub, plus main guest bedroom with bathroom.
Second floor is the large roof terrace furnished with outdoor suite affording views over the golf course to Quarteira and the Atlantic sea.
Please note; absolutely no smoking in the house or on the terraces.
The Vilasol Gof Academy is next door, you may access it through security gate at bottom of our garden. They offer full practice facilities and professional golf lessons for groups and individuals.
We have our home professionally cleaned after every visit, there will be a cleaning charge for points swaps, amount will depend on how many bedrooms/bathrooms used.
