     Our home is located  in the center of Tramore with stunning sea views . The beach is a five minute walk away, as are all the restaurants, shops and bars in the town center.  Our home is beautifully decorated with everything you could need for a stay in Tramore. 
        The main bus station is on the end of our road with links nationwide, the local Waterford to Tramore bus service stops directly outside our house.  Tramore is beautiful to visit year round  with plenty of  amenities to cater for every taste, golf , tennis, surfing , cycle tours to name a few. 
         The lafcadio Hearne Japanese Gardens  link this property to the center of town  (beautiful in every season) and are  a Must Do on your itinerary here in Tramore.  The Coastguard station located on the Doneraile walk is also beautiful for a spot of lunch and  a fantastic view of Tramore beach and sand dunes.

Waterford train station (Plunket Station) is 10km away and can be linked by taxi or bus. 
Waterford Airport is 6km away and can be reached by taxi also. 

Fabulous seaside home in town center.

Our home is a superbly positioned 3 bedroom semi-detached house in the picturesque seaside town of Tramore. Recently renovated it offers kitchen, dining room, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs provides a generous single room and double room (twin beds) with an ensuite. 

The relaxing outdoor area avails of sunshine from early morning. The sitting rooms and all bedrooms offer views of the sea and sand dunes. 

The house is located 300 metres from a spectacular blue flag beach that stretches 5km in length and caters for various water sports i.e. swimming, surfing, canoeing, kayaking etc. There are 3 surf schools all located within 300 metres of the house. 

Tramore is situated on the scenic South East Coast of Ireland. It is located 8km’s from Waterford, a medieval heritage city and home of the world renowned Waterford Crystal. There is a direct bus service from Tramore to Waterford City, Dublin City and Dublin Airport. 

Other activities available in Tramore include golf, horse racing, tennis and guided walk tours. The famous Japanese Gardens are only 1km away, while the famous Mount Cosgreve gardens, offering guided tours of their 4 acre walled gardens are located 8km’s from Tramore. Close to the gardens is access to Ireland’s longest cycling and walking trail - The Greenway. This scenic walk offers fabulous views of the Irish coastline and are extremely popular with walkers and cyclists.

Splash-world, amusements, playgrounds, skate park, cafe shops, restaurants all on your doorstep there is plenty to keep the whole family occupied. Netflix, Sky TV, Internet.

We live in a bungalow in a quiet estate in Tramore, Co. Waterford.  There are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a front and back garden , a big sittingroom and kitchen.  We are a walking distance to shops and the main town centre, and we are about a 15 minute walk to Tramore beach.  Tramore town is one of Ireland's best known seaside resorts.  There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes and it is famous for it's surfing and water activities.  We are about 20 drive from Waterford city.  

Cosy family home in a seaside town 

Our home is located in a quiet residential area in Tramore, Co Waterford.  It is a large 4 bedroom house with 2 living areas, modern kitchen, sun room & huge toyroom for the kids.  The house is fully equipped with the most up to date modern technology  in each room.  We have a large garden to the front & rear of the house with a beautiful display of flowers all year round. It is an ideal home for families especially who have kids.  The toyroom is packed full of toys all in perfect working condition,  outside we have a tree house with swings & slide.  At the rear of the house we have a raised decking area with magnificent views of the sea.
We live in an ideal location to base yourself in for a holiday.  The town of Tramore is 1km from our home,  the beach & promenade is approx. 1.5km.  Waterford city is approx. 12km from our home,  there is a bus stop only a 3 minute walk from our house to the city.  We live in a very quiet  estate with wonderful & very friendly neighbors.  Within close proximity (5 minute walk) we have The Pier Cafe & right beside this is The Ritz Bar, these are both very popular in Tramore.  You will find stunning walks all around Tramore, my home is an idea base to discover all of these.  You will never tire of the breathtaking cliff road walk which is by the Doneraile & Newtown Cove...the views are just spectacular.  Very closeby is the Doneraile where you can go diving & swimming in the sea, this is very popular.  

Large 4 bedroom Family home in Tramore

Our home is on the outskirts of Tramore and is only  minutes walk from a famous swimming cove (Guillamene).  We have an uninterrupted view of the sea and a distant headland. We have an open plan living area/kitchen/sunroom.  We have ample parking in our front garden for 3 cars and a home gym.  Our garden and patio areas have a sunny aspect and we also have a gas barbeque.  We have very good broadband connection and have 2 hybrid bicycles which our guests can use.  There is a very nice restaurant (Pier) and traditional thatch pub (The Ritz) only 5 minutes walk from our home.  The center of Tramore is only 15 minutes walk away and has many coffee shops (Seagull, Mezze etc.) and pubs (The Vic).   There is a very long sandy beach only 25 minutes walk away and a beautiful cliff walk.

Beautiful detached house overlooking the Sea

Our lovely little terraced cottage has been recently redecorated. It's very cozy and warm. It still holds lots of little charms that come with an old cottage, like thick walls, wooden ceilings, and crooked walls. 
Its has a sitting room come kitchen, and bedroom with ensuite shower room. The decked yard is a sun track during hot days and very private. 

The cottage is located in a sea side town of Tramore co Waterford. The local Pier is a 30 second walk, the beautiful Donneriale walk is also 30 seconds from the house. There is also a lovely local shop, restuarant and bar within 20 seconds walk.  The cottage is in a quiet and well kept area of Tramore. With plenty of lovely walks dircetly from the house.
