New Town

Edinburgh, Scotland

One of the Most Affluent Areas in Edinburgh.

Unlike the name suggests, New Town was built in the 18th Century. To combat overcrowding in the Old Town, planners constructed what is regarded as a marvel of urban planning- a spacious area filled with gorgeous Georgian architecture. Today the Georgian grandiose character still remains, with the area being one of the most affluent in Edinburgh.
